Terms of Service
When booking a Demo Package and/or Studio Session or Production services at KAYQUARII you (the customer) agree that you understand and are bound by production terms of service listed below. In order to assure the highest level of quality service and comfort for all of our clientele, KAYQUARII studios has set forth the following guidelines for booking an in house Demo Session: Payment must be completely processed before any session can be confirmed. All sessions will be booked on a schedule that meets the best needs of the client. We have a 48 hour cancelation policy for booked/confirmed studio sessions & demo package dates. This policy states that we must receive notice of session cancellation from the artist/client and/or client’s affirmed representative within 48 hours of the scheduled studio session date in order to assure a refund.
Demo Package & Studio Session refunds are paid in full less a 30% recoup fee (this fee covers processing cost & retainer loss for affirmed services). In the event that no contact is received from clientele in the form of e-mail, phone or fax denoting cancellation; KAYQUARII production studios then reserves the right to consider this as a confirmed and booked session with no schedule conflicts. This means that the session billing will start at the confirmed/agreed upon original date and time set forth by the client and KAYQUARII studios; for example should the client arrive 1hr late without any notice for a 4 hour session, upon arrival the client would have 3hrs left to record and/or create material less the first confirmed/booked hour.

How do I schedule Studio session and/or Demo Packages?
After booking a package on our Demo Packages Page, a representative of the KAYQUARII production team will contact you directly via phone and/or e- mail to discuss a proposed studio time that will work with your schedule. When this time is confirmed your session will be booked.
How should I prepare my instrumental and/ or vocal material before attending my Demo and/or Studio Session?
It is recommended that you arrive at least 20 minutes before you’re scheduled Studio and/or Demo session time to proceed with any warm ups and/or various exercises needed to achieve your best recorded vocal, instrumental and/or broadcast performance. This 20 minutes is optional and unbilled, we do this because we fully understand what it takes for a performer/recording artist and group to deliver their best material.
Can I change my schedule In house Demo and/or Studio Session date once it is book and confirmed?
Yes. Clients are allowed two schedule changes per booked Demo package and/or studio session with at least 48 hrs notice (emergency situations will be taken into consideration on a case by case basis in lieu of this policy.) If confirmed session dates are changed more than twice by the client KAYQUARII reserves the right to invoice a retainer loss fee of $50.00 (US) per additional schedule change.
How does the Virtual/Online Submission process work?
Upon confirmation of payment, you submit your song, vocal and/or instrumental track file to us via our secure online file transfer server. you will send our production team an OMF or PTF file of your song or songs without the musical element you want us to modify (Bass/Drums/Guitar/ Keyboards, Lead and/or Background Vocals) with a summary of your ideas and preferences on style, clarity and/or the direction you feel the track should be going in. (If you have recorded your material to a metronome or 'click track' also include your tempo and/or beats per minute. Be sure to check out the studio page if you are interested in signal path and/or our production set up. If you Reccording software does not support OMF file formats please send us the stem files in Wave file or Mp3 fomats.
Refund Policy: If for any reason you feel that our Bass, Guitar, Drums and/or customized lead or background vocals are not to your satisfaction you have the right to a full refund in place of the customized tracks. Note: refunds excludes 20% processng fee.
*NEXT: We talk directly on the phone and/or share & audio examples if necessary and discuss exactly what it is that you require artistically and performance wise from our Session Musician and/or Production Team.
* We provide you with recorded and mixed Instrumental and/or Vocal tracks to your specifications and send you an mp3 and/ or WAV file preview (via up link to your secure online session file)for your approval. Click here to listen to samples of our work.
*Please note: An audio-watermark (In the form of a blip and/or repeated voice over will be embedded with this locked track until full payment is processed)
* You review the performance and, request any changes; we will then follow suit and make the changes requested.
* After we make the changes requested (if any are presented) you give your approval on the final product
*Once you approve the final product we upload your mastered tracks to our secure 128 bit SSL server where you can download them anywhere in the world with high speed internet. If you don’t have regular access to the internet we can send your master tracks on CD via standard or express U.S mail (express usage requires and additional fee that is determined by current delivery rates). In accordance with client request fully mixed tracks and/or instrumentals or vocals are a free option, or we can deliver them to you mixed or untreated.
How long will it be before I can review changes to my music ?
You should expect to hear a review of your track within 24 to 48 hours of order completion of receiving modification request. Then, please allow an additional 48 to 72 hours for our team to upload the tracks to our servers digital drop box for final download.
If you are in a situation which requires a quick turnaround time, please contact us at 1-866-345-0046 upon availability we will expedite the process (even up to 4-6hours or same day service!) (additional rush processing charges may apply depending on track quantity and volume arrangement)
If your session has descriptive fields/ detailed track notes that we require to produce your tracks and/or session properly, we will notify you, and our turnaround time will be an additional 48 hrs from the exact time we receive the extra modified material.If you are using our original music production service, please allow at least 48 to 72 additional hours for each sequence in the creative and post production process. A full demo production will take about 7 days t0 14 days depening on your response time and alteration requests.In some cases, we reserve the right to extend our processing time to perform such alterations.
Once I submit my song files how many changes can I make?
We allow two free changes per song file, song and/or track submitted after that there will we an addition fee of $40 per track for any further changes
Are they’re any Daw’s that you will not accept song files from?
No. We can convert files from any DAW as long as they are at least at a preferable WAV, OMF or AIFF format up to 24 bit In addition our unique production facility allows us to accept files recorded at sample rates ranging from 44.1 kHz to 192 kHz.
Are they’re any limits on files sizes for submission?
For ease of transmission we ask that each of your individual track/Video files be no larger than 4GB per file.
How do I know my song, video and media files are safe from piracy and potential viruses and spyware when I send them to you?
Our FTP server is designed with the 128 bit SSL encryption technology (this is the highest form file transfer security available). All file transfers are protected by a unique user name and password of your choosing. Using its SSL solution, our FTP server ensures complete data confidentiality. The encryption methods it uses are based on keys only available to the user and the server, making it practically impossible to decode the data sent, even if it is intercepted.
Do you keep a back up copy of my song files for future reference?
No. For your protection once your project is completed and payment has been processed files are completely deleted from our drives.
What should I do to prepare my song files before submitting them to you?
What about audio editing Digital Audio software formatting?
Our tracks can be merged with any audio editing software(Protools,DP, Logic, Garageband,Sonar, Tracktion,Nuendo,Cubase etc.) of your choosing. Import our tracks to the stating point (in most cases zero)of your original the original session you've sent to us. You may choose your preferable WAVE, Pro Tools File, Open Media File AAF AIFF,MP3 or MP4 format up from 16 to 24bit rate resolution to fit your project needs.
How long does it take receive and/or process my track?
We began working on your rough mix and/or song file as soon as we received it , in 48 hrs we will send you a preview of your modified track with the changes you specified.
Should KAYQUARII productions be listed in the credits section of my commercially released CD for any songs and/or tracks produced and/or provided by them ?
Its customary and required by most performance rights organizations that credit be given to the producer of tracks used for any commercially released project.
How can I be sure the credit/debit card and any related payment information is protected from fraudulent use or ID theft?
All Credit, Debit and/or E-check payments are submitted and processed through our Pay Pal. Pay Pal is protected with the latest 128bit SSL encryption technology. For your protection and ours we don’t keep any confidential client payment information on file. All records and payment process information is retained and secured by Pay Pal.
What forms of payment are accepted by KAYQUARII, how do I pay for services?
We accept payment via our secure PayPal website in the following forms: Debit Cards (Visa or Master Card logo). In addition we accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover credit cards and E-checks for all Virtual Online and In-House services. Cashier Checks are only accepted for In House services.
Will I receive an invoice and/or receipt for services I have paid for?
Yes. Receipts and/or invoices will be e-mailed you once the project has been initiated and/or completed depending on the type of service chosen.
